ABOUT BRODY
Brody Best is a 17 year old junior at St. Francis High School and an active leader in two leadership clubs. He has been a leader on the Vitt Factor Future Leaders Team for the past three years, where he helps create content for school assemblies and youth events. At a young age, Brody had a speech impediment. It caused him to avoid talking to others, not use his voice in classes, and held him back. He has learned & built his own communication skills, and is now confident when speaking. Today, Brody has spoken on stages in front of over 450 professionals and thousands of students across schools and community events, sharing messages centered on mindset, leadership, and personal growth. He was also a keynote speaker at the Mind|Shift Event in 2025.
A best selling author of Becoming the 1%, Brody has always gravitated toward learning skills beyond his age and applying them in real world settings. He is known for his ability to build, organize, and create events that genuinely impact his peers. His work and leadership have been featured by NBC and WGN.

WHY YOUNG CONNECTION
Young Connection was created because Brody noticed that many high school students are academically capable but still feel unprepared for real world situations. Students often struggle with communication, confidence, professionalism, and building meaningful connections, not because they lack potential, but because these skills are rarely practiced early on.
As a student himself, Brody understands the pressure, distractions, and expectations placed on this generation. Young Connection helps students develop essential professional skills such as communication, accountability, networking, and confidence so they can show up prepared when opportunities present themselves.
